At Old Guys Rule UK, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the following policy to understand our procedures for returns. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Timeframe: You have 14 from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received (not washed, not worn, not dirty, undamaged).
Exclusions: Certain products, such as personalised items or underwear, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to oldguysrule@apeindustries.co.uk with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Confirmation: Wait for our customer service team to confirm your return request along with instructions for the return process.
Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
If you paid for shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping for any orders, but Old Guys Rule will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you.
If you had free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the return and the exchange shipping costs.
We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging.
For Christmas Presents purchased in December we will extend our Returns policy to the 15th of January - Please note all items must be returned to us by that date. *
If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a prepaid tracked returns label.
Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking: We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Items returned to the sender will incur additional charges. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund for the cost of the item; however, all associated shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items may be returned to the sender for a number of reasons, including:
Incorrect address
The address may be missing information, or it may contain the wrong street name or number.
No one was present
If the item was attempted to be delivered but no one was available to sign for it and no redelivery or collection was arranged by the recipient, it may be returned to the sender.
Recipient refused
If the recipient refuses to accept the item, it may be returned to the sender.
Duties, Taxes & Shipping
We're happy to accept returns for eligible items, but please be aware that Import Duties, Taxes and Fees charged by your country's authority are non-refundable by us. These are collected locally and remain your responsibility. If you'd like to reclaim them, you can contact your customs office for guidance.
Please note that original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Your refund will cover the cost of the returned item(s) only.
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Sale Items: We accept Returns for Refund or Exchange on Sale Items however they will incur postage costs.
* Please note that Underwear is not returnable for an exchange or refund unless faulty.
* Please note that gift cards are not refundable or returnable for cash.
If you wish to exchange an item(s), please follow the return process outlined above and let us know which item/s you would like to Exchange.
Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, providing photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
