    All merchandise is made of high-quality materials designed for long-lasting use. All garments are available in Medium, Large, Extra Large and 2X-Large. Where possible 3X-Large, 4X-Large and 5X-Large is also available All headwear items are one size fits all.

    Shipping prices are per order.

    Standard Shipping prices for the UK is (approximately) 48 Hour Service (from date of dispatch) and priced at £4.95. Channel Islands shipping is £6.95. None Guaranteed 24 Hour Service is priced at £6.95*, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (delivered by 4pm Tuesday - Saturday) is priced at £16.95** and EU/EEA is £15.00.

    Free Shipping is for Orders over £75 after any discounts have been applied. (UK only).

    We are unable to ship to USA/Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, South Africa or Australia/New Zealand due to Licensing Restrictions.

    Please allow 2-3 working days on Standard Shipping (Day 1 is the day after your order was placed) to any UK mainland address. Off-Shore UK orders may take slightly longer than standard shipping times due to Customs Procedures. International Orders can take some time to arrive so please allow up to 20 Working Days.

    All standard UK mainland deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 24 Hour and Royal Mail 48 Hour services.

    *UK 24 Hour Service - orders need to be placed by Midday (Monday to Friday) and they will be shipped with Royal Mail 24 Hour Service (excluding Highlands & Islands).

    Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Royal Mail aim to deliver the Next Working Day (Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays)

    EU/EEA & International Shipping IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • We will not be charging you VAT at checkout so Taxes, duties and a clearance fee will be due on goods sent from us.
    • The taxes and duties depend on the contents’ value. The thresholds are as follows:-
      Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee.
      Goods above €150 may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee.
    • The thresholds and the amounts charged vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. See guidance from the European Commission.
    • Your parcel won’t be released until payment has been received by your local postage courier once they take the shipment from Royal Mail. Use the Tracking code we send to you to trace your parcel. 

    Old Guys Rule will always dispatch orders within the correct timeframe, however once Royal Mail have collected daily consignments, parcels are no longer in our care and we cannot be held responsible for any delays in postage.

    If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or on a back-order, we will contact you immediately to let you know your options.

    If you have purchased an item from our website and you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, please return the item/s to Old Guys Rule within 15 days and we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item or refund the item(s)*. Old Guys Rule allows one exchange per order.

    If you paid for shipping on your order you will be responsible for the return shipping for any orders, but Old Guys Rule will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. If you had free Shipping on your order you will be responsible for the return and the exchange shipping costs. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging.

    Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, undamaged) and must be received by Old Guys Rule within 15 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 15 day period. For Christmas Presents purchased in December we will extend our Returns policy to the 15th January - Please note all items must be returned to us by that date.*

    * Please note that Underwear is not returnable for an exchange or refund unless faulty.

    * Please note that gift cards are not refundable or returnable for cash. 

    If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us (standard 2nd class shipping charge with proof of postage) and the cost of shipping you a replacement.

    Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to be processed.

    Old Guys Rule deal with a number of independent retailers throughout the UK and Ireland. If you have made a purchase within one of their stores and you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange, you need to return your item to the store where it was purchased.

    Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase will be required. Individual returns policies may vary, please ask in store when you make your purchase.
