Please read these Promotional Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website and purchasing products to access promotions.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

If these Promotional Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Promotional Terms of Service.

Promotions are limited to one offer per transaction unless otherwise specified.

PROMOTIONS - FREE GIFTS & OFFERS

If you would like to return all or part of an order qualifying for a Free Gift with a purchase, then the Free Gift must also be returned if it results in the total value of your order falling below the qualifying spend threshold.

Alternatively, you may pay the Full RRP value of the Free Gift.

In these circumstances, refunds will be processed deducting the value of the Free Gift from the value of the returned item(s).

If you return an item bought as part of our buy one, get second half price promotion we’ll refund the half price item to your original payment method.

Any Subscribers offers apply to subscribers only. Should a subscriber wish to make use of a VIP offer on their order must not Opt Out of marketing from Old Guys Rule as this will result in unsubscribing yourself and therefore you will no longer qualify.

DISCOUNT / PROMOTIONAL CODES

The Terms and Conditions for the customer Discount / Promotional Codes are as follows:-

• Codes are only valid for Online Orders.
• Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other codes or offers, unless otherwise stated.
• The code grants a saving on a new order placed through the website.
• The company reserves the right to decline orders they believe to be invalid.
• The code is only valid on certain products, while supplies last and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Only one code can be used per order, per person.
• If products are returned, refunds will be given for the original purchase value, not the RRP.
• If part of an order is returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction, with the discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of the return, a new order should be placed using the original promotional code.
• Promotions cannot be added to completed orders. 
• Any Discount Codes (also referred to as "Coupon Codes", "Voucher Codes" "Promo Codes" and/ or "Welcome Discounts") found to be shared on discount code websites will be immediately withdrawn. 

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

UPDATES - CHANGES TO PROMOTIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Promotional Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
