    Your Right of Withdrawal

    Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

    How to Exercise Your Right

    To initiate a return or cancellation, simply log in to your account and visit your Orders page. From there you can request a return on a fulfilled order or cancel an unfulfilled order.

    Return Window

    You have 14 days from the date you receive your order (or the last item of your order) to notify us that you wish to return it. This period includes weekends and public holidays. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

    Cancellations

    If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from your account. If your order has already been dispatched, please use the returns process above.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Refunds do not include any Postage or Shipping, Duty or VAT fees incurred.
